If you need a cake for a Saturday, make sure your order is booked by 10pm on the Monday of that week!

CAKE PICK-UP HOURS/INFO:
Cake order pick ups are at our bakery, located at 2636 W Chicago Ave in West Town/Ukrainian Village.
Pickup hours:
🖤 Wed-Friday: 12pm-3pm
🖤 Saturdays: 11am-3pm
🖤 Sunday-Tuesday: CLOSED
The time you choose at checkout gives us an idea of when to expect you, but you can feel free to swing by any time in between our set hours on your pick up date to grab your order.
There is a grace period of 15 minutes before we close up shop for the day at 3:15.
**If you're picking up WED-THURS: we are closed to the public so the door will be locked, but you can call the phone number posted on our front door and we'll come and hand you your order! The storefront will look empty, but don't worry, we are busy baking in the back kitchen!**
**If you're picking up on a FRIDAY OR SATURDAY:come on inside to pick up your order! We are open to the public on these days so there will also be tons of extra treats available for purchase.

All of our cakes/cupcakes are 100% vegan, meaning they are dairy, egg, and animal product-free! Our cakes DO contain wheat, soy, & gluten. Some of our cakes contain peanuts & tree nuts and we cannot guarantee that cross contamination won't occur, so please note that our cakes are NOT safe for those with severe nut allergies. Feel free to email us with questions if there are allergens you're trying to avoid--we would much rather you be safe than sorry.
We are not a custom cake bakery and instead find joy through baking up our own original cake designs & creations! In order to streamline the ordering process so we can serve as many of you as possible, cakes come exactly as listed and we do not offer custom decorations or writing on cakes.
If kept refrigerated, most of our cakes will stay fresh and moist for 5-7 days and also freeze great. Click here for storage and transport instructions and again, feel free to email us if you have any questions.
CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY:
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours (three full days) before your set pickup date & time. There are no refunds for last minute cancellations, late/forgotten pickups, and no-shows since your cake has a limited shelf life and we are baking it fresh from scratch with love and holding it until closing time just for you!
Note that our staff are not able to stay past our set hours to accommodate late pickups. Please plan accordingly and take care to show up on time, and if anything comes up on pickup day, email us asap (no social media DM's please) and we’ll do our best to work with you to arrange an alternate pickup date.

Our cakes are delicate and made with vegan buttercream that will melt if left out of the fridge in warm weather!

Once you click on the flavor, a drop down menu will allow you to pick 6" babycake, 8" full size, or standard sized cupcakes by the dozen.
When you choose your size, the price listed will adjust accordingly.
Once your size, flavor, and pickup date and time have been chosen you can add the item to your cart and complete the checkout process. If you'd like to order multiple items, add each item to your cart one at a time and then complete checkout.
There is a re-booking fee for changes made to your order once its been placed soplease take your time and make sure everything is right before completing checkout!
Your order will not be booked until checkout is complete and your payment has been received. As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email which will ensure that your order has been processed.
