🖤Our website will not allow you to book less than FIVE FULL DAYS in advance. Some dates (especially leading up to holiday weeks/weekends) may book up weeks ahead, so the earlier you book, the better 🖤
The order cutoff for each day is at 3pm, so if you need a cake for pickup on a Saturday, make sure your order is placed before 3pm that Monday!
We are currently booking cakes through the month of December only. Dates for January will open up on December 27th✨
**IMPORTANT NOTE**
***Our books will be closed through the first week/weekend of January so our bakers can get some much needed rest and family time in after spending the week baking up all of your holiday pre-orders!***
CAKE PICK-UP INFO:
Pre-order pickups are at our bakery, located at 2636 W Chicago Ave in Ukrainian Village.
Pickup hours:
🖤Wed-Friday: 12pm-3pm
🖤Saturdays: 11am-3pm
🖤Sunday-Tuesday: CLOSED
**If you're picking up on a WEEKDAY: we are closed to the public and the door will be locked, but you can call the phone number posted on our front door and we'll come and hand you your order! The storefront will look empty, but don't worry, we are in back baking!**
There is a grace period of 15 minutes before we close up shop for the day at 3:15.
Cakes must be picked up at our bakery--we do not offer delivery at this time!
CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY:
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours (three full days) before your set pickup date & time. There are no refunds for last minute cancellations, late/forgotten pickups, and no-shows since your cake has a limited shelf life and we are baking it fresh from scratch with love and holding it until closing time just for you!
Note that our staff are not able to stay past our set hours to accommodate late pickups. Please plan accordingly and take care to show up on time, and if anything comes up on pickup day, email us asap (no social media DM's please) and we’ll do our best to work with you to arrange an alternate pickup date.
In the event of inclement weather, you can feel free to email us to reschedule your pickup, but we are unable to provide a refund since your treats have a limited shelf life and have already been baked.
